Establishment of the Saspearian Bonapartist Party

On Sunday, River Kimmis, a newcomer to Saspearian and Saspearian politics, founded the Saspearian Bonapartist Party following approval by Anthony I. This comes as renewed interest has arisen with Saspearian and its government.

The name of the Saspearian Bonapartist Party stems from the French Emperor and military officer Napoleon Bonaparte and the Bonapartism ideology. The party currently has two members and has a political position different from the traditional aspects of Saspearian’s parties, as it is aligned with a moderate right-wing political position. The ideology of the Saspearian Bonapartisty Party was declared to follow imperialism, monarchism, populism, nationalism, and opposing fascism and communism—generally, political parties in Saspearian range from far left to center-right. The other parties that currently exist in Saspearian, the Saspearian Worker’s Party (formerly known as the Saspearian National Party), the Socialist Party of Saspearian, and the Democratic-Socialist Party, are aligned with further left-wing positions.

Due to the interest that has arisen in Parliament, Anthony I intends to announce the scheduling of parliamentary special elections tomorrow. Currently, there are two potential candidates for the special election, both of whom are members of the Saspearian Bonapartist Party: River Kimmis and Lucas Ingle. All four of the vacant seats in parliament are planned to be contested.
